Weekly task - Narrative Composition

 This week we were given the task to collect 5 objects with varying shapes, colours and textures and arrange them alongside 5 images of the same colour range. The composition was intended to play on juxtaposition and contrast and tell a narrative of our choosing.

My composition is shown below and aimed at telling a narrative around human influence on the surrounding environment, and our impact on nature. The photos going left to right are; nature purest, nature encroaching on nature, human encroachment on nature, imitation of nature, and manipulation of nature. The objects I found around the St Pauls area included a broken vodka bottle, a beer cap, a broken lighter, a vape coil and a pill bag.
