Collage

This week's in-class exercise was a quick collage to explore colour theory from a planting perspective. Starting from your favourite, or chosen colour, over a conceptual perspective garden layout. My collage had green as a starting point, quite easy with plants due to the nature of chlorophyll. My colour pallet draws on a tetradic colour scheme, with yellow-greens, oranges, light blues and purples. I aimed to keep the original leading lines from the base template, using the tree tunnel as the main viewpoint, and the right-hand wall in the same location as the plan. With trees in the background, 2 planting borders and a crocus lawn in the foreground.
