Reading week modeling task - Sequential Sketches - 2

 The sketch drawings below took 20-25 minutes each to finish. I am not fully content with some of the linework (namley the wonky pagoda) however as a quick visualisation I am satisfied with the finished effect. While I am partial to the black-and-white look, if I were to add colour digitally I would attempt a mock watercolour effect on Photoshop to maintain the handmade feel. Manipulating shadow on Twinmotion is quite satisfying, as the nuance of light is captured quite well for a computer program. I used a range of pen widths and styles to create the visualisations, the base done at 0.3, the hedges at 1, the trees with a brush pen and detail and shadow at 0.05. Overall, for a quick task I am happy enough with the outcome and would definitely use this workflow again.
