The finale! Here Z is seen in the leaves of Hyacinthoides non-scripta on Cleeve Hill in Cheltenham, pictured like a watermark in the bottom left corner of the photo.
Bluebells are native to Western Europe, with the UK a species stronghold. Associated with ancient woodland, they are associated with spring and also grow along hedgerows and in fields like pictured at the base of the Cotswold escarpment.
