Boardwalk Climbers
Another highlight walking around Singapore (there were many) was the commonness of flowering climbers. Shown in the attached picture is Antigonon leptopus, known commonly as Coral vine or Mexican creeper. A perennial vine in the buckwheat family it is characterized by its showy and usually pink flowers that can bloom throughout the year, and its large, heart-shaped leaves. The walkway I photographed it on was in Gardens by the Bay.
