Tropical Planting Precedent - Singapore Cloud Forest

Photographed in the Cloud Forest exhibit at Gardens By the Bay in Singapore, the attached planting swatch is a favourite of mine due to its rich command of greens and blue hues along with bilaterally symmetrical leaves.
Including Ligularia, Licuala spinosa, Fittonia albivenis, Schismatoglottis and Colocasia the planting bed softened the edge of the neutral grey modern pavers and contrasted the geometric pattern with an organic patchwork.
