Paving detailing - Jurong (again)

To continue the bombardment of posts around Jurong Lake Gardens (more to come, I'm obsessed) is this appreciation post for the cool paving detailing. A relatively simple 3 stone block paving pattern that I think completely elevated what would have simply been a transitional space between the main features. The granite setts had been textured for anti-slip and laid in alternative rows of light to dark, with a boarding 'line' where one side's dark becomes the other's light to create a blended ombré. It is definitely a detail I will remember for future reference.
