Model - Phase 1

The first stage is complete! Working off a contour model I made based on my site plan, I used 945 gsm modelling card to create the cut and fill earthworks for the Ashlar Park Design. The model is scaled at 1:500 for the x+y base plan, and the z heights are proportional to each other, albeit slightly exaggerated for visual effect.  The next steps include modelling a curved cable-stayed arch bridge, similar to the Millenium Bridge in York, and most importantly, cutting and fixing the raised walkway. Hardscape features will be done in pale, low-saturation natural wood with a visual grain to contrast the textured card.
