Levels and Grading
The overall car park drainage plan is intended as a terrace, draining to the Northern woodland part of the site. The total height of all the bays and roads is 72m, which at 1:60 means a 1.2 meter decrease in level. This will be done by differing the rights of the rain garden modules and through gentle grading of the parking bays.
